LOOP XXI
Data notice
Plain language, no legal filler. Version v1. Last updated July 2026.
What we collect
- Email address — from Google, GitHub, or the email code you enter, so we can identify your Loop ID and let you sign back in.
- Auth provider ID — the unique identifier Google, GitHub, or our email system assigns you, so we can match repeat sign-ins to the same account.
- Usage and metering records — which product you used, which AI model was called, token counts, and the resulting cost in msats/sats. This is how Loop credits are debited and how your balance and ledger are calculated.
- Product analytics — coarse usage events (e.g. which product surfaces you open, run outcomes) used to keep the products working and to fix problems.
Why we collect it
- To create and secure your Loop ID account.
- To meter and bill inference usage against your Loop credit balance accurately.
- To operate, debug, and improve Loop XXI products.
- To meet basic legal and financial record-keeping obligations.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't share your data with third parties beyond what's required to run payments (Stripe), Lightning settlement, and our cloud infrastructure (Supabase).
Loop memory
Loop products share a lightweight memory system. After a run finishes, Loop stores a short summary of what you asked for plus a numeric embedding of that summary — a compact representation a model can compare for similarity. This lets future runs, in any Loop XXI product, draw on relevant context from your earlier runs instead of starting from nothing each time.
- Memories are private to your account. Only your account can read them.
- We never sell or share memories with third parties.
- You can delete memories at any time: delete an individual memory, or clear all of them at once, from the account page.
